Normal Crime

Cases which looks normal Prima Facie, however, there are many things which are linked partially or totally with Cyber, falls under this category. In these cases cyber forensics and Electronic evidences plays a Vital role and sometime narrow down the case to the conclusion.
I P R Law

​Crime based on the Idea Tailored in the form of a valuable thing which can be Exclusively Copyrighted, Patented or can be Registered under any mode which provided Exclusive Rights to the Creator falls under this category. There is a separate law which helps handle these types of cases along with IPC, CrPC, CPC, IT Act and Contract Act.
Matters of Adjudication

Cases which are Core Cyber Crime and needs to be compensated either by an Individual or Body Corporate falls under this Category. The IT Secretary of every state has Special rights to Adjudicate Cases related to Civil matter below Rs 5 Crore, for Compensation.
TDSAT (Cyber Tribunal)

Further Appeal based on the decision of the Adjudicating officer goes to TDSAT Delhi. This happens when one of the party either Complainant or Defendant is not satisfied with the decision of the Adjudicating officer files an Appeal in TDSAT for further Review.
